Eligibility

bc456 employs identity verification (KYC) procedures to confirm eligibility. Providing false information during registration or verification is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

Account Registration and Security

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on bc456. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, bc456 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any winnings or bonus balances associated with those accounts.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any OTP codes associated with your account. Do not share these credentials with any other person.
  • You must notify bc456 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
  • All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. bc456 may request documentation to verify the information on file.
  • bc456 reserves the right to require KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Documents typically requested include government-issued photo identification and proof of address.
  • Accounts that remain inactive (no login, no bet, no transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. bc456 will attempt to contact the account holder before any dormancy fees are applied.

Deposits and Withdrawals

bc456 processes all player transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform.

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
  • Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Available methods are subject to change; current options are displayed at the time of transaction.
  • Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. bc456 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving a withdrawal.
  • All deposits must come from a payment account or card registered in the name of the bc456 account holder. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible.
  • bc456 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals at the platform level. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges. bc456 is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment services.
  • Deposits credited to a bc456 account in error must be reported immediately. bc456 reserves the right to reverse any erroneous credit at any time, regardless of whether the funds have been wagered.

bc456 conducts regular transaction monitoring in compliance with its anti-money laundering obligations. Unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns may trigger additional verification requirements or a temporary account hold pending investigation.

Bonuses and Promotions

bc456 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions below and to any additional specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and specific offer terms, the specific offer terms take precedence.

  • All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated clearly in each offer's specific terms.
  • Bonuses are credited in a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated after the wagering requirement is met may be transferred to the withdrawable balance.
  • Bonuses are issued for personal use only. Transfer, sale, or exchange of bonuses between accounts is prohibited.
  • bc456 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or recalculate a bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of system errors, or violation of these Terms.
  • Welcome bonuses are available to new players only, one per household and one per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once using different registration details is considered fraud.
  • Free spins issued as part of a promotion are subject to the same wagering requirements and expiry conditions as cash bonuses unless the specific offer terms state otherwise. Free spin winnings may be capped at a maximum conversion amount.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on bc456. Casino game rules are governed by the respective game provider's terms, which are accessible within the game interface.

  • All bets are final once confirmed. bc456 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system.

  • Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are determined by the specific market and are displayed within the betting interface. bc456 reserves the right to limit maximum stakes for any player or any market at its sole discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bc456. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the platform.

  • Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different name, email address, device, or payment method.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit odds, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any bet or game, including chip dumping in poker or table games.

bc456 employs real-time fraud detection and pattern analysis. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity will be reviewed and may be suspended pending investigation. bc456's decisions in matters of prohibited conduct are final.

Account Suspension and Termination

bc456 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to the following.

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct, duplicate accounts, or provision of false information.
  • Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe when requested by bc456.

Intellectual Property

The bc456 brand name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of bc456. Unauthorised use of these marks in connection with any product or service, including in web content, social media, or advertising, is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bc456's liability to you in connection with the platform and these Terms is limited as follows.

  • bc456 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
  • bc456 is not responsible for losses arising from events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures, third-party payment processing delays, or service interruptions caused by force majeure.
